Job summary

Marvin is hiring a Manager of Change Management to develop and execute employee-focused change strategies across complex transformations. You will partner with senior leaders, project teams, and stakeholders to drive adoption, minimize disruption, and maximize business outcomes.

This role supports relocation to Warroad, MN with a comprehensive relocation package. You will lead change planning and execution across initiatives, mentor practitioners, and help Marvin elevate its change management

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in change management, organizational development, or related field.
• Experience leading enterprise-wide change initiatives across programs, processes, and technology.
• Strong skills in stakeholder engagement, communications, facilitation, and change strategy.
• Ability to influence leaders and stakeholders at all levels and manage cross-functional teams.
• Certification in PROSCI, PMP, CCMP, or equivalent is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement change management strategies for complex initiatives impacting employees and systems.
• Lead stakeholder engagement, communications, readiness, training, adoption, and reinforcement activities.
• Coordinate portfolio-level change impacts, capacity, sequencing, dependencies, and major decision points.
• Partner with senior leaders and project teams to align change efforts with business priorities.
• Establish and monitor change effectiveness measures using qualitative and quantitative data.
