Job summary

Marvin is seeking a Manager of Change Management to develop and execute employee-focused change strategies supporting complex business, process, and technology transformations. In this role, you’ll partner with senior leaders, project teams, and business stakeholders to drive adoption, improve organizational effectiveness, and help employees navigate change.

You’ll lead stakeholder engagement, communications, training, change readiness, and adoption across initiatives while minimizing disruption

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Organizational Psychology, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in change management, organizational development, or a closely related discipline.
• Experience leading change management efforts for complex, cross-functional, enterprise-wide transformations.
• Demonstrable success developing change strategies, driving stakeholder engagement, managing organizational risk, and achieving employee adoption.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement change management strategies for complex initiatives that impact employees, leaders, processes, and systems.
• Lead change planning and execution across multiple initiatives, including stakeholder engagement, communications, readiness, training, adoption, and reinforcement.
• Lead portfolio-level coordination of change impacts, capacity, sequencing, dependencies, and major decision points across initiatives.
• Partner with senior leaders, project teams, and business stakeholders to align change efforts with business priorities and program milestones.
• Assess organizational impacts, readiness, risks, stakeholder needs, and adoption barriers to inform engagement and mitigation strategies.
• Establish and monitor change effectiveness measures using qualitative and quantitative data to evaluate outcomes and inform improvements.
• Mentor change practitioners and contribute to Marvin’s change management capabilities.
