Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master's preferred.
• Prosci, CCMP, or equivalent change management certification preferred.
• 10+ years in organizational change management or related fields.
• 5+ years leading large-scale enterprise transformation initiatives.
• Experience partnering with executive leadership and influencing decisions.
• Experience establishing governance models and enterprise frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and enhance the enterprise change management strategy.
• Oversee governance, methodologies, standards, and tools for enterprise change.
• Advise executive leaders on risks, readiness, and adoption strategies.
• Build enterprise change capabilities through training, coaching, and tools.
• Lead measurement, dashboards, and ROI analyses for change initiatives.
• Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and internal resources.
