Job summary

AAON is seeking a Senior Manager, Enterprise Organizational Change Management to lead the organization’s enterprise change strategy and governance framework. You will serve as a trusted advisor to executives and partner across units to ensure adoption of strategic priorities and technology implementations.

You will establish standards, methodologies, and tools to accelerate readiness, drive adoption, and maximize outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, Communications, or a related field.
• Master's degree preferred; change management certifications (Prosci/CCMP) preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in organizational change management and related disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and enhance enterprise change management strategy aligned with objectives.
• Oversee enterprise change governance, methodologies, frameworks, standards, and tools.
• Advise executives on risks, readiness, communications, and adoption strategies.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives and build enterprise change capability.
• Establish metrics, dashboards, and reporting for adoption and ROI.
