Job summary

AHEAD seeks a Senior Consultant, Enterprise Change & Transformation, to lead strategic OCM activities across engagements, building Centers of Excellence and scalable change playbooks. You will coach managers, shape adoption plans, and partner with leaders to drive durable transformation well beyond go-live dates.

The role emphasizes defining change strategy, leveraging Prosci ADKAR, and applying AI-enabled tools to surface adoption risks and accelerate impact across multiple initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of recent, hands-on OCM or transformation experience.
• Ability to design and stand-up scalable change capability (CoE, templates).
• Proficiency with Prosci ADKAR framework; certification preferred.
• Strong stakeholder engagement across senior leadership and teams.
• Experience guiding complex client engagements with ambiguity and scope.
• Ability to mentor junior consultants in OCM concepts.

Responsibilities

• Establishes strategic and tactical OCM activities across teams and projects.
• Leads client Centers of Excellence for change governance, playbooks, and roles.
• Coaches managers to lead teams through continuous, overlapping changes.
• Directs self-service change playbooks, toolkits, and templates for repeatability.
• Guides enterprise-wide digital transformation road maps and adoption plans.
• Provides coaching and mentorship to project teams and partners.
