Job summary

COREHIRE is seeking an experienced Enterprise Change Management Advisor to support large-scale organizational transformations across healthcare, research, and academic environments. The role focuses on developing and executing change strategies to drive adoption of new processes, systems, and ways of working enterprise-wide.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Change Management experience.
• Experience in Healthcare, Research, or Academic environment.
• Experience supporting enterprise-level projects and organizational transformation initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, facilitation, and adoption management skills.
• Experience conducting change impact assessments and readiness assessments.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute change management activities for enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.
• Develop and implement change management strategies, communication plans, stakeholder engagement plans, and adoption plans.
• Conduct change impact assessments and organizational readiness assessments.
• Identify, engage, and support change champions throughout the organization.
• Partner with business leaders, project teams, HR, and stakeholders to drive successful change adoption.
• Develop communication and training materials that support organizational readiness.
• Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and feedback sessions.
• Monitor adoption metrics and assess change effectiveness.
• Provide coaching and guidance to leaders and managers navigating organizational change.
• Support planning and execution activities throughout the project lifecycle.
• Promote long-term sustainability and adoption of business and technology transformations.
