Job summary

The role requires a US citizen able to obtain Public Trust; a Bachelor's in a related field and 7–10 years of experience are expected. This is based in the Guidehouse Arlington office.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years leading organizational change, transformation, governance, or business modernization initiatives.
• Experience supporting large, complex enterprise programs with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong facilitation, presentation, and executive communication skills.
• US citizenship and ability to obtain Public Trust.
• Willing to travel to client sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead organizational change management and governance activities for a large-scale enterprise transformation.
• Develop and execute change management strategies, stakeholder engagement plans, and readiness initiatives.
• Establish governance structures, decision-making processes, and executive reporting frameworks.
• Conduct stakeholder analyses, impact assessments, and readiness evaluations.
• Facilitate executive workshops, governance boards, and leadership meetings.
• Partner with business, technology, data, and program teams to align activities.
• Develop executive briefings, communications materials, adoption metrics.
• Identify risks and mitigation strategies to support adoption.
• Monitor readiness and adoption through dashboards, surveys, and feedback.
• Provide strategic guidance to senior leadership on risks and opportunities.
