Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking an experienced Change Management Lead in the Washington, D.C. area (TS/SCI eligible). You will oversee OCM engagements, drive stakeholder alignment and user adoption, and serve as a trusted advisor to client executives through complex transformations.

You will design integrated change management strategies, lead cross-functional teams, and mentor junior staff while ensuring delivery excellence and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• ACTIVE and MAINTAINED TS/SCI clearance required.
• Minimum eight years of experience leading organizational change management or related transformation initiatives in complex organizations.
• Experience designing and executing enterprise change strategies across technology, processes, operating models, or organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee delivery of OCM engagements driving stakeholder alignment and user adoption.
• Serve as trusted advisor to client executives and program leaders.
• Design and implement integrated change management strategies including engagement, communications, training, readiness, adoption measurement.
• Manage and develop consulting teams with coaching, mentorship and quality oversight.
