Guidehouse seeks a seasoned Change Management professional to lead and support transformation initiatives for utility clients, with a focus on technology implementations. You will partner with client stakeholders to assess impacts, risks, and develop actionable change strategies, while delivering comprehensive change plans, communications, training, and readiness activities.

Qualifications

• Must be a US citizen or US permanent resident.
• Post-graduation work experience in change management, organizational readiness, or related consulting roles.
• Experience with electric/power utility clients and technology implementation projects.
• Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support change management activities for utility clients, focusing on technology implementations.
• Partner with client stakeholders to assess impacts, identify risks, and develop strategies.
• Design and deliver change plans, communications, stakeholder engagement, training, and readiness assessments.
• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and sessions to build alignment and drive adoption.
• Collaborate with project managers, technical teams, and business leaders to integrate change management into delivery.
• Measure adoption and readiness, adjust plans to support implementation.
• Provide trusted advisory support to clients navigating transformation in utilities.
