Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Change Management professional to proactively support engagement delivery, manage deliverables, and lead work streams within client engagements. You will guide conversations with stakeholders and develop change strategies for complex transformation initiatives.

You will also contribute to the team’s industry knowledge, develop communications and engagement plans, and help advance Guidehouse change management methodologies and tools across projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of relevant work experience OR 7+ years relevant experience in lieu of bachelor's degree.
• Experience leading or supporting complex organizational transformation initiatives.
• Communications experience creating collateral through a human-centered design lens (eg newsletters, executive briefings, mass emails using mail merge).
• Experience developing change readiness surveys and business readiness assessments to identify barriers and develop plans.
• Experience developing and executing communication and engagement plans for a wide array of stakeholders.
• Organizational and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Proactively assist in the delivery of engagement activities and manage the completion of deliverables.
• Lead one or more tasks or work streams within a client engagement, overseeing contributions.
• Guide client and internal subject matter expert conversations toward effective outcomes.
• Develop strategies to solve complex OCM challenges for our clients.
• Lead components of change management projects and teams to implement change strategies and plans.
• Communicate with all levels of an organization and prepare briefings for senior executives.
• Track and report the status of change programs, including key metrics and risks.
