Job summary
StackAdapt is seeking an experienced Enterprise Client Services professional to manage a portfolio of enterprise brands and agencies. You will partner with Account Executives and Ad Operations Specialists to drive platform adoption, optimize campaigns, and identify expansion opportunities across multi-million dollar budgets.
Reporting to the Manager of Enterprise Client Services, you will design campaign strategies, lead RFPs, deliver regular performance reporting, and build strong client
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in real-time bidding and programmatic advertising
- Experience managing multi-million dollars budgets
- Proven success in growing revenue with clients
- Experience with RFPs, proposals, and cross-functional collaboration
- Strong ability to upsell and unlock new revenue streams
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly
- Travel flexibility to meet clients
Responsibilities
- Act as primary point of contact for a portfolio of enterprise clients
- Lead RFPs, proposals, and presentations to enterprise brands and agencies
- Drive upsells of StackAdapt features and channels
- Design campaign strategies within the StackAdapt platform
- Provide regular reporting and optimization to meet KPIs
- Perform account planning and client mapping
- Set up and traffic campaigns on StackAdapt DSP, including tag implementation
- Identify upsell opportunities and improve tools, reports
- Analyze campaign performance to optimize opportunities
- Lead in-person and virtual meetings, QBRs, and training
