Job summary

StackAdapt Inc. is seeking a client-focused post-sales strategist to manage a portfolio of advertisers using the StackAdapt platform. You will drive user adoption, campaign management, and client retention, collaborating with Account Executives and cross-functional teams to maximize ROI.

You’ll leverage RTB/programmatic expertise to design campaign strategies, deliver regular performance reporting, and identify upsell opportunities, with travel up to 20%.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Real Time Bidding or programmatic advertising.
• Experience running Google Ads or Facebook Ads or via a DSP as self-serve.
• Proven success managing client relationships and driving revenue.
• Ability to explain technical platform concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main contact for your client portfolio across verticals.
• Lead strategic conversations to uncover growth, upsell, and improve service.
• Design unique campaign strategies within the StackAdapt platform.
• Provide regular reporting on goals and KPI improvements.
• Set up traffic for campaigns on the StackAdapt DSP with tag implementation.
• Analyze performance and optimize campaigns regularly.
• Attend in-person and virtual meetings, reviews, and trainings.
• Offer strategic thought leadership as a client advisor.
• Travel up to 20% of time.
