Job summary

SpaceX in Bastrop, TX is seeking a Sr. Enterprise Account Manager for Aviation to lead relationships with Starlink enterprise customers from contract signature through activation and ongoing revenue growth.

You will manage executive relationships across airline operations, drive customer satisfaction, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure terms are fulfilled while identifying opportunities to expand hardware and services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or business; OR high school diploma/equivalency certificate and 8+ years of professional business development, program management, sales or account management experience.
• 7+ years of experience in a customer-facing role.

Responsibilities

• Own the interface from contract signature onward for a portfolio of Enterprise Aviation customers.
• Build relationships with executive stakeholders to identify requirements and growth opportunities.
• Collect, communicate and champion customer feedback to influence program development and improve the customer experience.
• Deliver impeccable customer service and resolve issues promptly.
• Retain and grow the value of accounts in hardware and service revenue.
• Act as an extreme owner of assigned accounts to realize forecasted revenue and manage risks.
• Identify and lead implementation of process and system enhancements to improve cross-functional handoffs and scale the business.
