Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Sr. Product Sales Manager (Starlink Aviation) to accelerate Starlink adoption for enterprise customers worldwide. The role demands a strong balance of business and technical acumen, with experience in aviation and enterprise networking, and the ability to drive revenue targets from a fast-moving team.

Onsite in Bastrop, TX (or other SpaceX locations) with travel up to 50%. You will refine pricing, product and go-to-market strategies, support hardware/services integrations,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM or Business OR 5+ years of professional experience in lieu.
• 5+ years of professional experience in technical sales or product management.
• 5+ years of professional experience with enterprise network infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Leverage aviation experience to identify and develop pricing, product, and go-to-market improvements to drive revenue growth.
• Support integration of new hardware and service products into Starlink’s portfolio including pricing, operations, and sales enablement.
• Assist sales engagements, engage with customers and answer questions around commercial models and product capabilities.
• Develop and maintain technical and commercial sales collateral for sales teams, resellers, and direct customers.
• Collaborate with Licensing, Government Affairs, Operations, Finance, Legal and Product Engineering teams.
• Consult with Sales Operations to improve go-to-market processes for new offerings.
• Oversee technical training and development for team members.
• Represent Starlink at global conferences and events.
