Job summary

SpaceX is recruiting a Starlink Enterprise Account Lead in the Aviation segment. You will serve as the primary contact for enterprise customers, overseeing onboarding, account management, and long‑term retention to grow revenue.

You will build relationships, collect feedback, and drive improvements across cross‑functional teams while managing multi‑project delivery in a fast‑paced environment. Travel and extended hours may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years professional experience with HS diploma.
• 2+ years consulting or project management experience.
• 1+ year customer-facing experience.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for Aviation enterprise customers from contract signature onward.
• Onboard customers and manage tasks to ensure retention and revenue growth.
• Identify requirements, communicate feedback, and influence product development.
• Retain and grow Aviation accounts across hardware and services.
