Job summary

CACI International Inc. is seeking a Senior Enterprise Architect to guide enterprise IT strategy and modernization for the GMOS program. You will steer a high-performing team, align infrastructure roadmaps with federal standards, and ensure ServiceNow portfolio excellence across global operations.

Your leadership will influence critical national-security IT services. The role requires a TS clearance, depth in enterprise architecture frameworks, and strong governance capabilities to drive change

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree + 8 years in enterprise architecture, IT strategy, or related fields.
• Active Top Secret Clearance.
• Proven experience with enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman, FEAF).
• Demonstrated expertise in ServiceNow platform administration and IT service portfolio management.
• Strong knowledge of infrastructure standards, governance, and compliance monitoring.
• Excellent leadership and ability to influence stakeholders and drive change.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-level ServiceNow portfolio and catalog management.
• Direct infrastructure architecture development and roadmaps aligned with DOS standards.
• Translate complex directions into actionable requirements with impact assessments.
• Lead DT/EA/CST teams in developing infrastructure standards and governance.
• Drive governance reviews and create training materials for change management.
• Design metrics to measure adoption and compliance levels.
• Ensure a comprehensive service portfolio across all task areas.
• Collaborate to develop EA frameworks supporting modernization and digital transformation.
• Conduct architectural reviews and guide major infrastructure projects.
• Mentor junior architects and supervise technical staff.
