Job summary

CACI International Inc. is seeking an SME-level Enterprise Architect for the GMOS contract supporting the Department of State.

You will guide a high-performing team, align architecture with DOS standards, and drive modernization across global IT services and infrastructure. Responsibilities include leading IT service portfolio governance, standardizing configurations across 350+ facilities, and delivering architectural roadmaps that meet mission objectives.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree and 13+ years of enterprise architecture/IT experience.
• Active Secret clearance.
• Experience as Enterprise/Solutions/Infrastructure Architect in large-scale environments.
• Experience translating strategies into architecture requirements and roadmaps.
• Strong knowledge of compute, storage, network, virtualization, cloud/hybrid-cloud, identity, security.
• Experience with ServiceNow ITSM, service catalog, CMDB.

Responsibilities

• Provides technical/management leadership for enterprise ServiceNow IT service portfolio and catalog management.
• Directs infrastructure architecture development aligned with DOS and federal standards globally.
• Translates requirements into architecture roadmaps and support requirements.
• Directs IT infrastructure standards for standardized configurations across 350+ facilities.
• Establishes governance review processes and adoption of standards across the organization.
• Directs metrics to measure adoption and compliance across the enterprise.
• Establishes service portfolio strategy aligned with modernization goals.
• Provides leadership on major assignments and logistics, including budgeting and staffing.
