Job summary

CACI is seeking a Senior Enterprise Architect to lead enterprise-wide architectural initiatives for the GMOS contract supporting the Department of State. You will guide a multidisciplinary team, set strategic roadmaps, ensure alignment with federal standards, and drive modernization across services and infrastructure.

The role requires strong leadership, TOGAF/Zachman knowledge, and ServiceNow expertise, with a Top Secret clearance and up to 10% travel.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with 8+ years in enterprise/ infrastructure architecture.
Active Top Secret clearance.
Experience with EA frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman) and federal standards.
Proven ServiceNow administration and portfolio management.
Strong leadership and stakeholder influence.

Responsibilities

Lead enterprise-level ServiceNow portfolio and catalog management globally.
Direct infrastructure architecture development and strategic roadmaps.
Translate architectures into actionable requirements including risk and dependencies.
Guide DT/EA/CST teams to develop infrastructure standards aligned with DOS policies.
Drive governance processes and create training materials for standards adoption.
Design metrics to track adoption and compliance across the org.
Ensure a comprehensive service portfolio across all task areas.
Collaborate on EA frameworks to support modernization and digital transformation.
Perform architectural reviews and provide guidance on major projects.
Mentor junior architects and supervise technical staff.
