Deckers Brands is seeking a Principal Enterprise Architect, AI and DTC Technology, to shape the architecture powering our consumer-facing platforms and to govern practical, scalable AI across the business.

You will lead the definition of a composable DTC architecture and a shared AI platform, balancing enterprise standards with innovation across brands and regions. This role requires deep expertise in DTC ecommerce, data governance, and cloud-based architectures.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in enterprise or solution architecture within retail, fashion, or consumer goods.
• Experience architecting AI and ML solutions, incl. generative AI and LLMs in production.
• Proven track record implementing MACH and composable commerce with microservices, API integration, cloud-native environments.

Responsabilités

• Develop and articulate an enterprise-wide DTC and AI architecture vision.
• Define governance policies and an AI review process for use-case approval, risk, and production readiness.
• Create a multiyear DTC and AI architecture roadmap with milestones, dependencies and ownership.
• Own the target architecture for the DTC landscape, ensuring data flow across ecommerce, payments, CDP, loyalty, and more.
• Champion MACH to enable flexible, API-first, cloud-native, headless commerce.
