Deckers Brands seeks an outstanding Principal Enterprise Architect, AI and DTC Technology to shape the architecture powering its consumer platforms. You will drive a composable, cloud-native DTC and AI platform, balancing enterprise standards with innovation across brands and regions.

You will define governance, roadmaps, and data strategies while leading a team of architects and engineers. A strong background in MACH, AWS, and large-scale retail integration is essential.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years in enterprise or solution architecture in retail, fashion, or consumer goods.
• 3+ years hands-on AI/ML solutions including generative AI produced in production.
• Proven MACH/composable commerce experience with microservices, API integration, and cloud-native environments.

Aufgaben

• Develop clear enterprise-wide DTC and AI architecture vision aligned with business goals.
• Enforce governance policies; oversee AI review, risk, and production readiness.
• Lead architecture across ecommerce, OMS, payments, CDP, loyalty, content, and personalization.
• Mentor architects and engineers; track KPIs and report progress to senior management.
