Deckers Brands seeks a Principal Enterprise Architect, AI and DTC Technology, to shape the architecture powering Deckers’ consumer platforms. You will define a composable DTC architecture and shared AI platform, balancing enterprise standards with innovation across brands and regions.

You will lead governance, roadmap creation, and modernization of legacy systems toward cloud-native, API-driven architectures, with a strong focus on responsible-AI, data governance, and scalability.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of enterprise/solution architecture experience in retail/fashion/consumer goods.
• 3+ years hands-on AI/ML solutions, incl. generative AI and LLMs.
• Experience with MACH/composable commerce and API-driven cloud-native architectures.

Responsabilités

• Develop enterprise-wide DTC and AI architecture vision aligned with business goals.
• Define governance policies and AI review processes across brands/regions.
• Create multiyear DTC/AI architecture roadmap with milestones, risks, and ownership.
• Own target architecture for DTC landscape ensuring cross-platform data flow.
