Job summary

McGough is seeking a Sr. Project Manager for Enterprise Applications to lead complex technology initiatives across the organization. You will partner with IT, business stakeholders, and external partners to deliver critical software solutions and infrastructure enhancements.

The role emphasizes structured project execution, governance, and stakeholder alignment, with opportunities to influence strategy and drive successful outcomes across construction technology domains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Project Management, Construction Management, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, enterprise-wide technology projects from initiation and planning through implementation and closeout.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans defining scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and success criteria.
• Establish governance, roles, responsibilities, and communication expectations for projects.
• Lead cross-functional teams of IT, business stakeholders, vendors, and partners.
• Coordinate multiple workstreams to maintain alignment and manage dependencies.
• Monitor project performance and address issues affecting scope, schedule, or budget.
• Establish accountability and escalate risks and decisions when needed.
• Ensure smooth transition from implementation to operations; conduct lessons learned.
