Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Organizational Change, Communications, Technology, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Progressive experience leading complex projects, programs, implementations, or organizational change initiatives.
• Experience integrating project management and change management activities across the full project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple complex, enterprise-wide projects from initiation through closure with clear scope, plans, budgets and governance.
• Translate strategic priorities into executable project plans with accountability for delivery and measurable outcomes.
• Assess impacts, develop change strategies, and drive adoption through engagement, communications, training and reinforcement.
