Qualifications

• Eight or more years of progressively responsible IT project management experience.
• Recent experience leading complex enterprise application, business systems, data, or technology projects.
• Experience leading the full project lifecycle, including budgets, resources, vendors, risks, scope, implementation, and executive reporting.
• Proven ability to manage multiple cross-functional initiatives with competing priorities.
• Demonstrated ability to drive decisions, resolve issues, and influence outcomes without direct authority.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex IT projects involving enterprise applications, data and analytics platforms, software development, cloud solutions, and related technologies.
• Manage multiple projects or workstreams simultaneously with focus on priorities, risks, and business outcomes.
• Oversee project lifecycle from initiation to production support, including governance and stakeholder alignment.
• Develop project charters, plans, budgets, and resource plans with clear success metrics.
• Apply Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches based on project needs and risk profile.
