Job summary

McGough is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee complex projects, steer budgeting, scheduling, RFI/submittal processes, and owner/architect coordination. The role includes guiding pursuit activities, mentoring junior staff, and ensuring QA/QC and safety standards are met while delivering projects on time and within budget.

The Sr. PM will coordinate with owners, design partners, and subcontractors, drive continuous improvement, and manage regional offices with travel as required.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in Construction Management or related degree.
• 8+ years of related experience, including self-perform capabilities.
• Demonstrated experience building partnerships with external partners: owners, owner's representatives, design firms, subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Lead pursuit team understanding prospective projects and requirements.
• Research prospective clients and assist responses to RFQs and RFPs.
• Participate in pursuit interviews and preconstruction meetings.
• Provide leadership to ensure QA/QC page turn process.
• Support workforce and vendor participation goals in project work plan.
• Understand subcontractor scope and manage change requests.
