Job summary

McGough is seeking an Enterprise Application Implementation Manager to support one to two large project jobsites with hands-on IT services. The role covers desktop administration, network troubleshooting, and enterprise software deployment across multiple locations.

You will work closely with project teams, ensure devices are provisioned and secure, and coordinate with vendors to resolve complex issues. This on-site role requires strong customer service and prioritization skills.

Qualifications

• Three to five years in desktop administration or related IT role.
• Strong Windows desktop administration and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365 including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint.
• Experience with Entra ID environments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary IT point of contact for one to two large project jobsites.
• Develop strong working relationships with project leadership and staff.
• Maintain onsite presence and proactively identify technology issues.
• Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for laptops, desktops, mobiles, printers, and conference rooms.
• Coordinate with other IT resources or vendors when escalation is needed.
• Assist with technology planning and deployment as jobsites are established or relocated.
