Job summary

Great Gray Group is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to lead technology-driven initiatives across the enterprise. This remote role targets projects from infrastructure upgrades to system implementations, working within the Business Transformation team while aligning with the Technology team on governance and best practices.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years of project management in IT, strong communication skills, and experience with Smartsheet, Jira, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a business-related field or equivalent experience.
• 6–10 years of business or technology experience with at least 6 years in project management.
• Experience managing IT projects across infrastructure, architecture, systems, and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct complex, cross-functional technology projects with clear scope and dependencies.
• Partner with the Technology team as primary driver while aligning with governance.
• Develop and update project plans with tasks, milestones, responsibilities, and timelines.
• Communicate plans to stakeholders to align technical and non-technical audiences.
• Manage projects in Smartsheet and maintain standardized tools and templates.
• Identify risks, issues, actions, and blockers; escalate as needed.
• Monitor progress and apply change control; manage budgets including vendors.
• Coordinate integration of new technologies into the Great Gray environment.
