Job summary

McGough is seeking an Enterprise Applications Implementation Manager to lead planning, coordination, and execution of enterprise application implementations from initiation to stabilization. You’ll manage schedules, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder communications while ensuring adoption and minimal business disruption.

Responsibilities span planning, testing, deployment, cutover, and stabilization across multiple phases, with a focus on governance, templates, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Project Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 5–7 years coordinating enterprise software implementations, technology projects, or business system deployments.
• Experience managing project schedules, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and implementation documentation.
• Experience coordinating enterprise software implementations involving business, IT, and vendor/partners.
• Experience across planning, testing, deployment, cutover, and stabilization across project lifecycles.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning and execution for enterprise application implementations from initiation through stabilization.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and documentation.
• Track progress and communicate status, risks, and next steps to stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities among business stakeholders, PMs, BAs, IT, vendors, and partners.
• Facilitate meetings, document outcomes, and coordinate follow-up actions.
