Job summary

Cresta is seeking an Enterprise Solutions Engineer to partner with Enterprise Account Executives and demonstrate Creta’s capabilities to potential customers. You will translate customer requirements into Creta’s technical solutions and help build the business case during the sales cycle.

In this role you will conduct product demos, run proof-of-concept exercises, and train users to maximize value. A strong background in Conversational AI and CCaaS is required.

Qualifications

4+ years in customer-facing roles, with 3–5 years in technical pre-sales supporting enterprise sales cycles.

Responsibilities

Qualify opportunities by translating customer requirements into technical Creta solutions.
Partner with Enterprise Account Executives to understand prospects and challenges.
Lead product demos, manage proof-of-concept efforts and pilots.
Provide insights on contact center and CX operations to customers.
Train managers and users during adoption of the Creta solution.
Translate use cases into technical solutions and ROI paths.
Deliver compelling demos to show Creta value and ROI.
Draft financial business cases and ROI workshops.
