Job summary
Cresta is seeking an Enterprise Solutions Engineer in San Francisco to partner with Enterprise Account Executives, demonstrate Cresta’s capabilities, and translate customer needs into technical solutions. You will lead demos, manage pilots, and build the ROI case for prospects.
You will apply deep expertise in Conversational AI, CCaaS, and enterprise SaaS, collaborating across sales, product, and customer teams to drive adoption and success.
Qualifications
- 4+ years in customer-facing roles with 1 years in technical pre-sales for enterprise sales.
- Deep hands-on expertise with Conversational AI and CCaaS platforms to modernize contact centers.
- Experience with Salesforce.com and enterprise SaaS environments; strong cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Qualify new opportunities by translating customer requirements into Cresta tech needs.
- Partner with Enterprise AEs to uncover prospect challenges.
- Lead discovery calls and demos, deliver product value.
- Share insights from helping customers improve contact center ops.
- Drive adoption during pilots by training managers and users.
- Translate use cases into technical solutions and ROI paths.
- Deliver demos and ROI workshops; provide product feedback.
