Harness is a Chicago-based hybrid role seeking a high-performing sales professional to drive enterprise deals and expand our customer base. You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to close, while partnering with engineering and product teams to align solutions with client goals.

The role requires a proven track record in enterprise sales, strong opportunities management, and the ability to articulate ROI for C‑level stakeholders.

Qualificações

• Proven track record of driving and closing enterprise deals.
• Strong account planning and execution skills.
• Ability to sell to C-Level and across IT and business units.
• Experience using MEDDPICC to build pipeline and qualify opportunities.
• Proven consultative sales solution skills with ROI storytelling.
