Harness is seeking a high-performing Enterprise Sales professional for a hybrid role based in Columbus, OH. You will lead strategic deals, manage the full sales cycle, and work with cross-functional teams to close enterprise logos.

Ideal candidates have a proven track record in enterprise sales, can sell to C-level executives, and use MEDDPICC to build robust pipelines while consistently exceeding quotas.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of driving and closing enterprise deals.
• Strong account planning and execution skills.
• Ability to sell to C-level and across IT and business units.
• Consistent overachievement of quota and revenue goals with a strong W2 track record.
• Knowledge of MEDDPICC for pipeline development and qualification.
• Consultative sales skills with clear ROI articulation.
