Job summary

Executive Recruiters & Consultants, Inc. seeks an Enterprise AI Account Executive to lead consultative sales within large, complex organizations. You will own end-to-end enterprise deals and collaborate with product and engineering on high-impact customer use cases.

You will help shape the go-to-market motion during a pivotal growth stage at a venture-backed AI/data infrastructure company in San Francisco. Onsite only, with equity upside and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Proven success selling technical SaaS (data/AI/infrastructure/analytics).
• Experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals.
• Track record of closing $400K+ ACV transactions.
• Strong technical acumen and ability to engage with engineering and product teams.
• Startup experience and experience selling to AI-native or digital-first companies.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle enterprise sales (land and expand within large organizations).
• Navigate multi-threaded deals across technical and business stakeholders.
• Partner with product and engineering on high-impact customer use cases.
• Help shape early GTM strategy and sales motion in a category-defining company.
