Job summary

BOI, an AI Transformation Studio, seeks an AI Engagement Lead to drive enterprise AI engagements from strategy to adoption. You will guide cross-functional teams and senior business leaders to identify opportunities, shape solutions, and deliver measurable AI value.

As a core part of Applied AI, you will navigate between business cases, product discovery, prototyping, deployment, and adoption, while growing client relationships and proposals under Directors' guidance.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional experience in management, strategy, technology, or transformation consulting delivering complex engagements for enterprise clients.
• Experience taking AI products, solutions, or use cases from problem definition through prototype, build, deployment, or adoption.
• Demonstrated hands-on use of modern AI tools and built workflows, copilots, agents, or other practical AI solutions.
• Experience leading significant workstreams or owning delivery for strategy or transformation engagements.
• Experience contributing to proposals, engagement scoping, or growing client accounts.
• Strong ability to translate between business ambition and technical feasibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex client delivery across multiple workstreams, maintaining a high bar for quality.
• Structure work, set priorities, and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Translate business problems into AI opportunities worth pursuing.
• Shape AI products from concept through prototype, build, deployment, and adoption.
• Lead engineers, designers, and client teams to align business and technical goals.
• Prototype and test ideas using modern AI tools and automations.
