BOI is seeking an AI Engagement Lead to bring structured problem solving, client leadership, and delivery experience to enterprise AI engagements. You will lead complex client engagements with senior business leaders, shaping solutions from strategy through execution and adoption, and guiding cross-functional teams across product discovery, prototyping, deployment, and adoption.

Formación

4+ years of professional experience, including at least 2 years in management, strategy, technology, or transformation consulting for enterprise clients.
Experience taking AI products, solutions, or use cases from problem definition through prototype, build, deployment, or adoption.
Hands-on use of modern AI tools; you've built workflows, copilots, agents, or other practical AI solutions.

Responsabilidades

Lead complex client AI engagements, maintaining a high bar across multiple workstreams.
Translate business priorities and user problems into AI opportunities worth pursuing and shape AI products from concept to adoption.
Lead AI engineers, designers, and client teams to translate business needs into feasible solutions.
Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders by leading workshops and driving structured problem solving.
