Job summary

BOI is seeking a Director, Applied AI to own the quality and delivery of complex engagements end-to-end, from design to production in client systems. You will lead delivery and proposal development, ensuring what is sold is valuable and what is delivered achieves measurable outcomes.

You will guide engagements from C-suite to AI capability teams, balancing simplification with rigorous architecture, and you will shape commercial strategy while growing accounts.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in consulting, agency or custom solution environments serving enterprise clients.
• Proven track record leading complex engagements and delivering measurable value.
• Ability to move fast from strategy to product and to simplify complexity.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-workstream AI programs from problem framing through build and measurement of value.
• Define outcomes, map work, and design roles where agents perform work and people own judgment.
• Structure approaches and roadmaps that can be executed in production, not just on slides.
• Lead product discovery with client teams and end users, define releases and success metrics.
• Shape solution architecture across models, clouds and platforms; advise on build/buy/configure decisions.
