BOI (Board of Innovation) is seeking an AI Engagement Lead in Austin to guide enterprise AI transformations. You will lead complex client engagements, shape AI solutions, and drive adoption from strategy through execution while collaborating with Directors and senior leaders.

You’ll translate business needs into AI opportunities, lead product discovery with clients and end users, and manage cross-functional teams to deliver tangible value and measurable outcomes.

Formación

• 4+ years of professional experience, including at least 2 years in management/strategy/technology/transformation consulting for enterprise clients
• Experience taking AI products/solutions from problem definition through prototype, build, deployment, or adoption
• Demonstrated hands-on use of modern AI tools in your own work (workflows, automations, copilots, agents)
• Experience leading significant workstreams or owning delivery for strategy or transformation engagements
• Experience with business cases, roadmaps, operating models, adoption, or change for AI initiatives
• Experience contributing to proposal development, engagement scoping, or growing client accounts
• Strong ability to translate between business ambition and technical feasibility
• Comfort operating with senior leaders in complex environments

• Own the day-to-day delivery of complex AI engagements across multiple workstreams
• Structure work, set priorities, and keep cross-functional teams moving
• Navigate ambiguity and solve problems with pragmatic decisions
• Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders through workshops and structured problem framing
• Stay hands-on in the work while guiding clients on next steps
• Translate business priorities into AI opportunities worth pursuing
• Lead product discovery with client teams and end users
• Shape AI products from concept through prototype, build, deployment, and adoption
• Define what to build first and what success looks like
• Lead AI engineers, designers, and client teams to align business and technical needs
• Prototype and test ideas using modern AI tools, workflows, and automations
• Keep work grounded in measurable outcomes and real user value
• Connect solutions to broader transformation goals like roadmaps and operating changes
• Translate lessons from projects into scalable organizational impacts
• Know when a non-AI approach is needed and bring broader strategy and transformation thinking
