Job summary

BOI is an AI Transformation Studio that helps ambitious organizations redesign growth engines for the autonomous age. As an AI Engagement Lead, you will guide complex client engagements from strategy through execution, working with senior leaders to identify opportunities, shape AI solutions, and drive adoption.

You will lead cross-functional teams, shape roadmaps, and deliver practical AI products that move from concept to value.

Qualifications

4+ years of professional experience, including 2+ years in management/strategy/technology/transformation consulting for enterprise clients.
Experience taking AI products or use cases from problem definition through prototype, build, deployment, or adoption.
Hands-on use of modern AI tools in your own work: workflows, copilots, agents, automations.

Responsibilities

Lead complex client delivery across multiple workstreams with a high bar for quality and impact.
Structure work, set priorities, and keep cross-functional teams moving.
Navigate ambiguity and make pragmatic decisions without waiting for direction.
Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders via workshops and structured problem solving.
Lead AI engineers, designers, and client teams to translate business needs into feasible AI solutions.
Prototype and test ideas using modern AI tools and workflows to achieve measurable outcomes.
