Job summary

BOI is an AI Transformation Studio helping ambitious companies redesign growth engines for the autonomous age. You will lead complex enterprise AI engagements in Atlanta, guiding cross-functional teams from strategy through execution and adoption.

As AI Engagement Lead, you’ll translate business goals into tangible AI value, collaborate with Directors, and drive client relationships to deliver measurable outcomes while balancing feasibility and impact.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in consulting or enterprise AI transformations.
• Experience delivering complex AI engagements end-to-end.
• Hands-on use of modern AI tools and workflows.
• Experience leading multiple workstreams and client initiatives.
• Ability to translate business goals into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day delivery of complex AI engagements across workstreams.
• Structure work, set priorities, and keep teams moving.
• Lead workshops with senior stakeholders and challenge assumptions.
• Define AI opportunities, shape products from concept to adoption.
• Translate business needs into measurable AI value.
• Prototype and test ideas using AI tools and automations.
• Ensure solutions deliver real user value and adoption.
