Job summary

BOI is an AI Transformation Studio that helps ambitious companies redesign their growth engines for the autonomous age. We bring together unusually strong people in frontier enterprise AI, then give them the ownership to make it happen.

As an Applied AI Lead, you will guide day-to-day delivery of complex AI engagements across strategy, product, technology, and transformation to turn ambitious ideas into real business value.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in consulting, agency, venture building, or product.
• Experience delivering AI products or use cases from concept to deployment.
• Hands-on use of modern AI tools with workflows, copilots, or prototypes.
• Experience leading major workstreams or delivery for strategy/transformation.
• Ability to translate business goals into feasible AI solutions.
• Experience contributing to proposals, scoping, or expanding client accounts.

Responsibilities

• Connect Applied AI to the broader transformation including business case and roadmap.
• Turn AI opportunities into working solutions through discovery and prototyping.
• Lead AI product shaping from concept to deployment and adoption.
• Manage complex client delivery across multiple workstreams.
• Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders.
