Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking a Sr Enterprise Account Exec to drive new business SaaS revenue from a defined set of prospects. You will plan accounts, research prospects, and conduct field-based activities, engaging with C-suite personas across cybersecurity domains.

In this role you will lead virtual teams, map client relationships, and advise on ServiceNow cybersecurity roadmaps while traveling up to 50% as needed. The role emphasizes team-based wins and strategic deal execution.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of sales experience within software, Cyber Security OR solutions sales organization.
• Strong sales history in the SLED vertical.
• Experience establishing trusted relationships with current and prospective clients and other teams.
• Experience producing new business, negotiate deals, and maintain healthy C-Level relationships.
• Experience achieving sales targets
• Experience leveraging AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with multiple C-suite personas across all product sales.
• Oversee client relationship mapping to the account team and orchestrate an account strategy with a broad virtual team.
• Be a trusted advisor to customers by understanding their business and advising on cyber security roadmaps.
• Identify the right specialist resources to bring into a deal at the right time.
