Job summary

ServiceNow is hiring for a Sr Enterprise Account Exec to drive new business revenue in the Cyber Security & Risk portfolio. The role focuses on strategic account planning, territory development, and coordinating a cross-functional team to close complex SaaS deals.

You will engage with C-suite stakeholders across CFO, CISO, CTO, CIO, and COO while orchestrating resources to deliver customer value and a secure IT roadmap. Travel up to 50% is required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of sales experience within cyber security, software OR solutions sales organization.
• Experience establishing trusted relationships with current and prospective clients and other teams.
• Experience producing new business, negotiate deals, and maintain healthy C-Level relationships.
• Experience achieving sales targets.
• Experience in leveraging or thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with multiple C-suite personas across all product sales.
• Oversee client relationship mapping to the account team and lead a broader virtual team.
• Be responsible for new business development and cross selling of the ServiceNow Cyber & Risk portfolio.
• Act as a trusted advisor to customers by understanding their business and IT roadmap.
• Identify the right specialist/support resources to bring into a deal.
