Job summary

You will own end-to-end execution of enterprise AI agent builds from scoping through launch and iteration, directly shaping the customer experience outcomes that define this product category.

You will write workflows, configurations, and integration code; validate API integrations; translate business requirements with senior technical stakeholders;

Qualifications

• 3–10+ years shipping technical solutions end-to-end for customers.
• Strong Python development skills with hands-on contributions.
• Experience building integrations in a B2B SaaS or similar environment.

Responsibilities

• Own full lifecycle of AI agent builds for enterprise customers, including scoping, implementation, launch and iteration.
• Write and maintain agent-building artifacts such as workflows, configurations, and integration code.
• Validate and troubleshoot API integrations between platform and customer systems.
• Translate business requirements into build plans with senior technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Go-to-Market teams to surface gaps and feed customer needs into the roadmap.
• Ensure agents perform reliably at enterprise-scale.
