Job summary

Salesforce is seeking an Expert Agent Builder to join our Forward Deployed Engineering Team in San Francisco. You will architect, design, and deliver highly complex agentic AI solutions that integrate with enterprise systems and the Agentforce platform.

This role requires translating ambiguous needs into executable AI deliverables, leading end-to-end technical delivery. You will advance cutting-edge AI, build headless agent automations, and develop custom interfaces and multi-agent workflows

Qualifications

8+ years delivering scalable production AI solutions.
Expert in Java, Apex, JavaScript or Python; OOP and databases.
Experience with AI/LLM, prompt engineering, and evaluation.
Experience with Salesforce platform integration.

Responsibilities

Define Agentic Architecture: design and build agentic AI solutions.
Build and Deploy Agent Systems: integrate LLMs with frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex).
Lead Engineering Best Practices: codify quality, scalability, and security.
Drive Platform Customization: configure Salesforce for advanced agentic solutions.
Develop Data & Integration Solutions: design data models and pipelines for AI apps.
Proactively Remove Technical Blockers: resolve complex challenges in delivery.
Drive Agentforce Innovation: lead development of custom intelligent agents.
Undertake Continuous Learning: stay updated with AI advances.
