Bot Jobs seeks an Agent Deployment Engineer to own end-to-end delivery of AI agent builds for strategic enterprise customers, from scoping through launch and post-launch iteration. This hands-on, customer-facing role sits at the intersection of software engineering and delivery, with cross-functional teamwork across engineering and product.

Qualifications

• 3–10+ years in technical delivery or related hands-on roles.
• Strong Python development with end-to-end solution shipping.
• Experience with APIs and enterprise integrations in B2B SaaS.
• Customer-facing technical delivery experience with clear communication.
• Solid CS fundamentals; degree in CS or equivalent preferred.
• Experience delivering enterprise AI projects and agent workflows is a plus.
• Familiarity with LLMs or AI agent tooling is advantageous.
• Ability to operate in a rigorous, hands-on delivery environment.

About the Role

This is a hands-on, customer-facing technical delivery role within a specialized Agent Builder org at a fast-growing conversational AI company. You will own end-to-end execution of enterprise AI agent builds, from initial scoping through launch and iteration, directly impacting how large enterprise customers experience AI-powered support. The role sits at the intersection of software engineering and customer delivery, with a clear pathway toward a Software Engineering position.

What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end delivery of AI agent builds for strategic enterprise customers, from scoping through launch and post-launch iteration.
• Write and maintain key agent-building artifacts such as workflows, configurations, and integration components.
• Validate and troubleshoot API integrations to ensure agents perform reliably at scale.
• Partner directly with senior technical stakeholders on the customer side to translate requirements into concrete build plans.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Agent PMs, Success, Engineering, and GTM teams to close feedback loops and surface platform gaps.
• Contribute to the evolution of the agent-building platform based on real customer delivery experience.

What We're Looking For

• 3 to 10-plus years of experience in technical delivery, solutions engineering, or a related hands-on role.
• Strong Python development skills, with a demonstrable record of shipping technical solutions end-to-end.
• Experience working with APIs and building integrations in a B2B SaaS or enterprise software context.
• Prior customer-facing or client-facing technical delivery experience, with polished communication skills.
• Strong CS fundamentals, ideally including a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Experience delivering enterprise AI projects, building agent workflows, conversational systems, or automation workflows is a plus.
• Familiarity with LLMs or AI agent tooling is advantageous.
• Comfortable operating at pace in a rigorous, hands-on delivery environment.

Compensation & Benefits

The base salary range for this role is $175,000 to $230,000 USD annually, plus equity. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position; candidates must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Location

This role is fully on-site in San Francisco, CA, five days per week.
