Job summary

Bot Jobs seeks an Agent Deployment Engineer to own end-to-end delivery of AI agent builds for strategic enterprise customers, from scoping through launch and post-launch iteration. This hands-on, customer-facing role sits at the intersection of software engineering and delivery, with cross-functional teamwork across engineering and product.

Based in San Francisco and fully on-site, you will work closely with stakeholders to translate requirements into concrete build plans and artifacts,

Qualifications

3–10+ years in technical delivery or related hands-on roles.
Strong Python development with end-to-end solution shipping.
Experience with APIs and enterprise integrations in B2B SaaS.
Customer-facing technical delivery experience with clear communication.
Solid CS fundamentals; degree in CS or equivalent preferred.
Experience delivering enterprise AI projects and agent workflows is a plus.
Familiarity with LLMs or AI agent tooling is advantageous.
Ability to operate in a rigorous, hands-on delivery environment.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end delivery of AI agent builds for enterprise customers, from scoping to launch and iteration.
Write and maintain agent-building artifacts such as workflows, configurations, and integrations.
Validate and troubleshoot API integrations for reliable scale.
Collaborate with senior technical stakeholders to translate requirements into build plans.
Work cross-functionally with Agent PMs, Success, Engineering, and GTM teams to close feedback loops.
Contribute to evolution of the agent-building platform from real delivery experience.
