Wintermeyer Ventures in San Francisco, CA is seeking a hands-on, customer-facing technical delivery professional within the Agent Builder team. You will own end-to-end execution of enterprise AI agent builds from scoping through launch and iteration, directly shaping the customer experience outcomes that define this product category.

You will write workflows, configurations, and integration code; validate API integrations; translate business requirements with senior technical stakeholders;

About the Role

This is a hands-on, customer-facing technical delivery role sitting within a specialized Agent Builder team at a fast-growing conversational AI platform. You will own end-to-end execution of enterprise AI agent builds, from initial scoping through launch and iteration, directly shaping the customer experience outcomes that make this product category-defining.

What You'll Do

• Own the full lifecycle of AI agent builds for enterprise customers, including scoping, implementation, launch, and ongoing iteration.
• Write and maintain key agent-building artifacts such as workflows, configurations, and integration code.
• Validate and troubleshoot API integrations between the platform and customer systems.
• Partner with customers' senior technical stakeholders to translate business requirements into concrete build plans.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Go-to-Market teams to surface gaps and feed real customer needs back into the platform roadmap.
• Ensure agents perform reliably and at enterprise-grade quality at scale.

What We're Looking For

• 3 to 10 or more years of experience shipping technical solutions end-to-end for customers.
• Strong Python development skills with recent, hands-on individual contributions.
• Experience working with APIs and building integrations in a B2B SaaS or similarly complex technical environment.
• Customer-facing or client-facing technical delivery experience, such as solutions engineering, forward-deployed engineering, or technical account management.
• A strong academic or professional signal of excellence, such as a CS degree from a top program or prior experience at a highly respected engineering organization.
• Experience with pre-sales or full product ownership is a plus.
• Familiarity with LLMs, AI agents, conversational systems, or automation workflows is a strong plus.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary range: $175,000 to $230,000 USD annually, plus equity. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.

Location

On-site in San Francisco, CA, five days per week.
