Job summary

Neo4j, Inc. is seeking a Senior Enterprise Account Executive in the United States to drive strategic sales with Tier-1 banks and Global Capital Markets.

You will own a territory, deliver compelling demos, and craft proposals that translate graph technology into business value. You will collaborate with Pre-Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Partners, manage full sales cycles, and leverage cloud partnerships with AWS, Google, and Microsoft Azure to win large banking deals.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in enterprise software sales for financial services.
• Experience engaging with CTOs and IT leaders in major banks.
• Familiarity with MEDDIC, SPIN, or Challenger Sales.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic territory plan with large banking accounts.
• Deliver demos and proposals showing business value for financial ecosystems.
• Position Neo4j against relational databases and competitors.
• Lead complex, multi-month sales cycles with Land & Expand.
• Manage prospecting to closing and win new logos in top banks.
• Mentor SDRs and Field Marketing for target accounts.
• Maintain CRM data with accurate forecasting.
• Build partnerships with AWS, Google, Azure to drive cloud banking growth.
