Neo4j, Inc. is seeking a Senior Enterprise Account Executive for the Financial Services sector in the United States.

You will own strategic sales plans, build relationships with CTOs and IT leaders, and drive revenue growth across large banking and capital markets accounts. You will lead complex cycles, demonstrate our graph tech value, and partner with cloud providers to win multi-year engagements in highly regulated environments.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of enterprise software sales experience in Financial Services (FSI).
• Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and win large logos.
• Experience selling in data analytics, AI/ML, or fraud/risk management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic territory plan targeting large banking institutions.
• Deliver compelling demos and proposals that articulate business value.
• PositionNeo4j solutions as the best fit for customer needs in regulated environments.
• Lead long and complex sales cycles with a Land & Expand approach.
• Manage full sales process from prospecting to closing and onboarding.
• Collaborate with Pre-Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Channel Partners.
