Job summary

Cohesity is seeking a Senior Enterprise Account Executive to own and grow a named enterprise territory. This role is an individual contributor who thrives in complex, competitive environments and closes large, strategic deals.

You will drive net-new logo acquisition and expand enterprise accounts by positioning Cohesity as mission-critical for cyber resilience and data security. Travel within the territory may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
• Extensive success in a quota-carrying, customer-facing enterprise sales role selling complex technology solutions.
• Experience selling into enterprise accounts with multiple stakeholders and complex sales cycles.
• Knowledge of data security architectures, ransomware resilience, and the competitive landscape, including Cohesity solutions (DataProtect, DataHawk, SmartFiles).
• Strong track record of negotiating and closing high-value enterprise contracts.
• Executive-level communication and presentation skills, with ability to articulate technical and business value.

Responsibilities

• Own a defined enterprise territory and deliver against an annual quota.
• Build, manage, and execute a robust pipeline of complex enterprise transactions.
• Penetrate large enterprise organisations and engage C-level decision makers.
• Develop compelling business cases linking Cohesity to outcomes across security, resilience, and cost optimization.
• Partner with sales engineers, channel partners, and internal stakeholders to execute account strategies.
• Maintain accurate forecasting, territory plans, and pipeline hygiene in Salesforce.
• Leverage AI tools to streamline workflows and improve deal quality.
